2) I will emphasize that this is not an idle appeal and not a joke or joke of any kind. If I really knew how to fix this problem I would just fix it and in that case I would not have written this post at all in the first place.

I do so for personal reasons that are not at all related to the subject of this letter, and therefore this is not the place to detail them. I would therefore like to thank all those who receive this message if I can receive a reference to the matter itself – and leave the matter of publishing my personal details, which as stated is not related to the matter at all.
5) I will note that I live on a very low income-disability pension from the National Insurance Institute. For this reason I am unable to pay a computer or software company for the repair of the fault in question. Moreover: due to the severity of my situation even very high discounts just will not help.
