Subject: Harassment calls.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

Recently (I am writing these words on March 9, 2023) I have been suffering from a lot of telephone harassment. I would like to file a proper complaint with the Israel Police.

In order to submit the complaint, I must find out the identity of the callers. I would like to point out that since the calls are coming from a confidential phone number, the number does not appear in the details of the calls in my Bezeq account. I will also note that the telephone in my house does not have a monitor.

I should note that the last harassing calls were on the following days/hours:

Date March 8, 2023, time 23:56.

Date March 9, 2023, time 00:08.

Date March 9, 2023, time 00:10.

In one of the last harassment calls, the harassers claimed that they called from the number 972-54-7953047.

Do you know any other cases of telephone harassment coming from this number? It is quite possible that the harassers lied in their claim that they called from this number and they are calling from another number.

I would like to point out that the harassers call again and again without any purpose, cursing me and threatening me.

I just can’t understand what they are calling me for and what they want from my life.

I am a disabled and sick person – and these harassments are coming back after about two months ago I filed a police complaint against them.

But the police hurried to close the case after a few days – and now the harassment has unfortunately resumed.

I’m just at a loss.

Best regards,

assaf Benyamini.

B. Below is the message I sent to various places:

For several months now I have been suffering repeated telephone harassment.

The harassers call me in the middle of the night, swear at me and threaten me – just like that and for no reason.

As a result of the harassment I had to change my home phone number.

I do not have recordings of the calls, which come from the phone number 972-53-6285507.

I do not know the identity of the harassers.

I will point out that I cannot understand what these people are calling me for, and what they want from my life.

What do you think are the possible courses of action in such a situation? Is it possible to receive financial compensation for this? And if so – how?

Best regards,

assaf benyamini,

115 Costa Rica Street,

Entrance A-flat 4,

Kiryat Menachem,

Jerusalem,

ISRAEL, zip code: 9662592.

post Scriptum. 1) I should point out that about two months ago I filed a complaint about the harassment with the Israel Police. But my complaint was not handled, and the police closed the case only a few days later and did nothing about it.

2) I will state that I am a disabled and sick person, and I do not have the mental or physical strength to deal with this type of criminal activity (in some of the harassing conversations, the harassers claimed that they belonged to a crime family).

3) My phone number: 972-58-6784040.

C. Below is an idea for a software/system on the Internet:

Software for testing “potential users”. And the intention: the surfers fill in the links to their profiles on the various social networks in the place designated for this or upload files they choose, to their websites/blogs or any other link/file about them. Also, users write what their goals are.

The system calculates, using artificial intelligence, the chances of the project’s success – and also gives advice on the best ways to make it happen – and all this based on the links and files uploaded by the users on the site.

D. Below are several posts I shared on the Facebook social network:

1) The National Thought Police needs:

1. Brain wave analysts (professional whistleblower certificate from the National Academy of Whistleblowers – advantage).

2. Mentally injured persons who were hospitalized in a closed psychiatric ward for a period of at least 2 years, 2 days, 3 hours, 16 minutes, 5 seconds and 659 milliseconds, who during their hospitalization demonstrated an ability to monitor the thoughts of their fellow ward members. Holders of a Waves of Thought-Advantage auditor certificate.

3. Professional psychiatrists, with a proven ability to monitor and analyze national thoughts. I have a crazy psychiatrist’s certificate – an advantage.

Only inquiries from those with legitimate thoughts will be of interest.

lol…

2) We, the National Academy for Thought Excavations, offer the following courses in the next anti-thought year:

1. Drilling minds, disassembling and assembling them – as well as the development of the field throughout modern intellectual history.

2. Mechanisms of release and relaxation from brain disturbances. The course will teach the latest innovations in the field – including innovative ways of dealing with harassment bots and psychiatrists based on virtual bots.

3. Ideological snoozes and their impact on the new nuisance psychiatry culture.

Those who complete the above-mentioned courses will be awarded a certificate of a professional thought digger.

A certificate that is an excellent springboard for all functions of preventing national thoughts.

lol…

3) A demonstration is being organized in front of the house of the commander of the National Intellectual Security Police.

The commander of the special police unit goes out to the protesters: “I don’t understand what you want from my life.”

Protesters: “What do you mean what do we want? What audacity you have!!!! We have asked you so many times: just stop with your thoughts – it is a public nuisance.”

The unit commander: “How is it possible that thoughts are a nuisance?”.

Protesters: “It’s a nuisance – so please – just stop with your thoughts. We think this is a legitimate request from a public figure in your position.”

The commander of the unit: “”But how can I stop with my thoughts – a person will always think of something”.

Demonstrators: “You will have to find a way to do this – think about it!!”.

4) The international department of the Israeli branch of the International Association of Greed and Eye Problems needs:

1. Manager of customer thoughts. The ability to read thought waves in foreign languages - an advantage.

2. Commander of the Special Operations and Initiatives Department. Academic degree in intellectual espionage-necessary.

3. Annex/department mental clearance in a foreign country. Proven ability to brainstorm in the local language is required. Certificate of non-completion of a thought-advantage degree.

lol…

5) A new party is established – the Party of the Supreme Psychiatrists.

In the party platform:

1. All psychiatrists in the State of Israel will be officially elevated to the rank of gods.

2. Every psychiatrist will receive a salary of about one million shekels per month from now on.

3. In accordance with the stipulation in section 1, we will promote the establishment of temples to which every citizen in the country over the age of 18 years, one day, one hour, one minute, one second and one thousandth of a second will be obliged to come and bow to the God of Psychiatrists about 10 times a day.

4. A citizen who deviates from what is stated in section 3 will be immediately deported to special psychiatric detention facilities that will be established specifically for this purpose.

5. Every mentally ill person who lives in the community will be bound and will be attached to the door of his house from now on forever. The mentally ill who are in psychiatric institutions and hospitals will be immediately tied to their beds from now on forever. A separate discussion will be held regarding mentally challenged people who are homeless or who have passed away.

6. Those who violate what is stated in section 5 will also be immediately deported to the psychiatric detention facilities mentioned in section 4.

7. The funding for the necessary steps mentioned in sections 1-6 will come from a new psychiatric tax of NIS 3000 that will be collected from each citizen of the country.

8. Those who do not pay the tax mentioned in section 7 will also be immediately deported to the network of psychiatric detention centers mentioned in section 4.

lol…

6) New rules regarding writing posts on social networks:

1. The author of the post is not mentally ill.

2. A person who is not mentally disturbed will be allowed to write a post that does not exceed 3 words.

3. Publishing a post of 4 words or more will involve a payment of one billion shekels.

I’m hurt, I wrote a post here of more than 4 words, and I didn’t pay a billion shekels – are you going to arrest me?

lol…

7) We, the founders of the new Israeli dictatorship state that:

1. Participation in demonstrations will be absolutely prohibited.

2. Anyone who tries to demonstrate will be immediately sent to a special detention center that will be established for this purpose.

3. All detainees under section 2 will not be released until the day they die. Also, every prisoner will undergo a lobotomy treatment in order to curb any possibility of resistance or self-will in the future.

4. Each vehicle in the country is allowed to travel a maximum of 500 meters. Any longer trip can only take place with special permission from the Minister of National Travel. Violators of this instruction will go to prison immediately, according to what is said in section 2.

5. The government will publish from time to time lists of words or phrases, in Hebrew or in other languages, that are absolutely prohibited from being used. All those who are caught saying the forbidden words will also be sent to prison according to what is said in section 2.

6. A national expression unit will be established in the Israel Police which will be exclusively responsible for enforcing sections 1-5.

lol…

8) There is a lot of talk about the “administrative revolution” and the unlimited powers and powers that the government is going to have in front of the courts, and I ask myself a few questions (and no – none of this is a joke):

What would mental treatment look like in such a situation? For example: in a hostel, will the hostel manager be the “leader” and all the tenants must always obey unconditionally?

Doesn’t this harm the basic option, for example to provide psychological treatment – because psychological treatment is based on the fact that the patient can feel at ease to say whatever is on his mind. But as we know, one of the characteristics of totalitarian regimes (this was, as we know, also in Fascist Italy, Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union) is the existence of a secret police that follows the citizens non-stop – so how can such a situation be handled? Or is the secret police listening to the therapist as well as the patient – and both must take this into account if their lives are important to them?

Does anyone have experience in such a situation (meaning, for example, immigrants who came to the State of Israel from non-democratic countries)?

Of course, in a totalitarian state, these things are the property of the entire population – however, I have the impression that the weak populations will be hit the hardest.

If until today Israel was a democratic country, and it was possible to go to the courts and receive a response in cases of serious injustices that can sometimes be caused, what can be done about the actions of the central government – since in a totalitarian regime the courts are completely subject to the government a petition against the government, even if it is allowed on According to the law, in any case, she will not be able to help in any situation, and even worse: she will definitely be able to provoke harassment and acts of revenge on the part of the authorities.

One of the first steps that any dictatorship takes at the beginning of its journey (and we know this from history), except for steps such as canceling human rights and exerting pressure on political parties that until that time opposed the ruling party to announce the cessation of their activities and their closure – after all, the same pressure can be gradually applied to civil organizations as well .

Will the disabled organizations in Israel, for example, be able to continue to exist?

It is possible that there will be a gradual transition to a situation where the small citizen will have no possibility to act against injustices on the part of the central or local government – however severe and cruel they may be.

And of course, demonstrations or protests are nothing to talk about – and any citizen whose life is important to him simply will not dare to go out and protest or demonstrate.

Well, at least I keep writing here – as long as possible…

Well, at least I keep writing here – as long as possible…

9) My additional questions/thoughts about the regime revolution (and this time a serious matter – in no way a joke)

During the 20th century, Tunisia had a president named Habib Bourguiba.

There is a story (I don’t remember where or when I heard it) that at one of the meetings The Arab League Habib BourguibaHe tried to convince his fellow leaders of other Arab countries who participated in the meeting that they would refrain from going to war against Israel.

It should be emphasized that Bourguiba did not say this from Zionist positions or love of Israel. But the exact opposite is true: the man (who lived between 1903-2000) had clear anti-Israeli views – and he also had quite a few anti-Semitic statements in which he incited against Israel and the Jews.

His recommendation to his friends from the Arab League was based not only on Israel’s deterrence capacity, which he also knew well.

There was another reason for this which he tried to explain – although none of his Arab League friends believed him or listened to him. He claimed that in the absence of a tangible and strong enough external threat, the State of Israel will disintegrate as a result of internal debates and conflicts – and this without the Arab armies firing a single shot at it. For this reason, he saw any departure for a direct and frontal war against Israel as a misnomer and an ineffective action on the part of the Arab countries.

As mentioned, no one listened to him and his position was not accepted by any Arab country.

Can we still learn something from this?

Food for thought… my  enemy-my teacher…

Subject: the “Invisible Disabled Persons” movemen

Dear Sir/ Madam,

In recent years I am a partner in the disabled persons’ struggle, in which I participate, aimed

at raising disability benefits to a level which will allow us, disabled persons in Israel, to reach a

minimal dignified lifestyle.

As part of this struggle, I came, on July 10th, 2018, to a session of the Knesset’s Transparency Committee about public housing. This date also marks the Public Housing Day.

At the committee I met a woman named Tatyana Kaduchkin, who established a social movement called “Nitgaber” (“We Shall Overcome”) – a movement trying to promote the rights of invisible disabled persons – that is, people suffering from severe medical problems, as well as severe disabilities, but at a first superficial glance, nothing could be noticed about their disability, and they look just like any other person. The fact that there people’s (including my own) disability is externally invisible causes, in practice, discrimination and the refusal to provide them with many rights given to other disabled persons – governmental institutions often adopt very superficial and shallow approaches, leading to marking the people in this group as supposedly “healthy”.

In our new movement, the “Nitgaber” movement, we try to fight this widespread refusal to provide us with rights, to raise awareness for this subject in the general public, as well as among Israeli decision makers.

For this reason, I share this message in social media – and I will be grateful if any person comes across it to further share it on social media, internet forums, and as many frameworks as possible.

And before I will finish, one more detail: the phone number of the movement’s founder, Mrs. Tatyana Kaduchkin, is 972-52-3708001 and she is available from 11 AM to 8 PM on these days.

7) Below is a short explanation of the “Nitgaber” movement, appearing in press:

Tatyana Kaduchkin, an ordinary citizen, decided to establish the ‘Nitgaber’ movement to help those she calls the ‘Invisible Disabled Persons’. So far, approximately 500 people from all parts of Israel have joined her movement. In an interview to Channel 7 she tells about the project and about those disabled persons who do not receive proper and enough assistance from the relevant parties, only because they are invisible.

She says that the disabled population can be divided into two groups: disabled persons with a wheelchair and disabled persons without a wheelchair. She defined the second group as ‘Invisible Disabled Persons’, as, she says, they do not receive the same services provided to disabled persons with wheelchairs, despite being defined as having 75%-100% disability.

These people, she explains, cannot earn their own living, and they require the assistance of further services to which disabled persons with wheelchairs are entitled. For example, invisible disabled persons receive lower disability benefits from the National Insurance Institute and do not receive certain additions, such as special services benefits and mobility benefits, and they also receive lower benefits from the Ministry of Housing.

According to research carried out by Kaduchkin, these ‘Invisible Disabled Persons’ are destitute despite the attempt to claim that in 2016’s Israel no one goes hungry. Her research also shows that their suicide percentages are high. In the movement she established, she works to add the ‘Invisible Disabled Persons’ to the public housing waiting list. This because, she says, they usually do not enter these lists, despite being formally entitled to this. She holds many meetings with Knesset members and even participates in the sessions and discussions of relevant Knesset committees, but she says that the people who can help do not listen, and those who listen are in the opposition and thus are powerless to help.

She now calls to more and more ‘Invisible Disabled Persons’ to join her, so that she could assist them. She estimates that if things will continue as they are today, there will be no recourse but to hold a disabled persons’ demonstration to demand their rights and their basic livelihood.

So I try to explain and elaborate: in the last few years we, the people with disability problems in Israel try to make public activation for making our monthly salary bigger. but unfortunately, even after we demonstrate for very long months the Israeli government still refuses to relate seriously to our problems and difficulties.

I thought maybe involvement of international organizations can both influence our government and parliament members (which is called in ISRAEL “knesset”) to start treating our distress, and also check the potential of cooperation among organizations of people with disability problems from different countries for improving treatment conditions of disabled populations around the world.

I would like to know if you can help with this kind of public activity.

So thanks very much for your willingness to help,

assaf benyamini.

Dear Assaf,

Please provide me with some clarification. Are you asking At God’s Table to help you directly, or to provide somehow for all disabled people in Israel? If it is for you, what exactly is your disability and why are you in need?

Re: Search for a solution

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a man aged 47 who suffers from several chronic illnesses and am unable to receive medical treatment due to the failures of the public medical system in Israel. I recently sent the attached letter to many places, but no government office, organization or association of any kind in the State of Israel is able to offer me a solution. On the other hand I need a solution that will give me urgent medical observation, and as I live on a disability pension of NIS 3208 per month from the National Insurance Institute, I am unable to make use of private medical services, so I find myself at an absolute dead end, which could even endanger my life. I want to know if you have any ideas for a solution. I emphasize that I am willing to accept any idea that comes into your mind – even something that at first glance looks “stupid” or “crazy” or illogical.

PS 1) Below is my recent correspondence (I am writing this on Wednesday 20.11.2019) with Dr. Hagit Peleg from Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital: I am currently being “treated” apparently by Dr. Michael Halab, but when I get to him there is no possibility of medical follow-up or treatment because of his problematic conduct: the long time the doctor spends on telephone calls that are apparently nothing to do with me (he makes these calls in Russian – a language I don’t know so I can’t know what he is talking about while I wait in the room). I want to point out that this is his regular conduct, not a one-off, and so when he makes a decision, he is not focused, and his decisions are always based on partial information, because his long telephone calls leave no time to examine information about the patient he is supposed to be treating. This situation led to the fact that in one case Dr. Halab sent me for a test that I am forbidden to do in my condition, and which could have really endangered my life – something that was prevented at the last minute thanks to my alertness and that of the nurse who was supposed to prepare me for that dangerous test. This is the “treatment” I get from this “excellent” family physician that you know.

I have already reported this and complained to everyone possible: The Clalit Health Services Public Complaints Department, the Israel Medical Association, The Union of Family Physicians in Israel, The Ministry of Health Public Complaints Department, and even sent letters to the home of Rabbi Yaakov Litzman, who as you know was the Minister of Health for part of the period. Unfortunately I did not receive a reply from any of them – and as a result I am forced to reach two sad and depressing conclusions: Dr. Michael Halab’s professional prestige and continued payment of his monthly salary are far more important to Clalit Health Services that health, or even the right to life and continuing survival of the patients. My complaints are not treated seriously by anyone because I am defined as mentally ill ,

As I understood this reality, I simply stopped going to see Dr. Michael Halab, knowing clearly that his mistaken instructions, the result as I said of his lack of attention, are more dangerous for me than any illness or medical condition.

The fact that nobody in the health system is prepared to relate or to do anything even in such a serious situation, shows that even moving to another doctor, or another clinic, or even another health provider will not help me in any way.

I stress that these are in no way hasty or rash conclusions, but conclusions that I have been forced to reach after many years of clarifications and fundamental and very comprehensive tests – and in view of the circumstances I remain today with no treatment or medical response whatsoever , although the medical system will never admit this.

To sum up, I really appreciate your attempts to help and your devoted treatment – and the severe criticism I have written here refers to the conduct of the medical system in general towards me, and certainly not to you personally. As long as this conduct does not change – doctors who don’t listen and risk the lives of patients, and a medical system that knowingly backs up their serious omissions instead of dealing with them – it will not be possible to get any medical help from family doctors.

Best wishes, Assaf Benyamini

3. Below is some explanation about the Irritable Bowel Syndrome from which I suffer.

To: Re: Treatment with peglax Dear Sir/ Madam, For many years I have suffered from various physical and mental health problems. One of the physical problems I suffer is called Irritable Bowel Syndrome – an illness whose main symptoms are extreme changes in appetite, vomiting that sometimes makes it difficult to drink enough water (and as a result in recent years I have suffered cases of dehydration for which I had to go to A&E in hospital), constipation and pain after defecating. After talking to a number of doctors and having tests, I learned that I have a chronic illness that cannot be treated. However there is a preparation called peglax which, when combined with good nutrition, certainly helps me considerably. This preparation is not in the basket of medicines, and because of my difficult economic situation I am unable to take it regularly.

Best wishes, Assaf BenyaminiNB: I have an opinion that I received from a dietitian called Liron Landheim, who checked me on 27.3.2007 at Clalit Health Services (in the Kiryat Moshe clinic in Jerusalem where I was under observation at that time by a family doctor called Dr. Yehudit Saadon).

9) Below is a list of my medical problems:

1. Mental illness – Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and something defined as schizo-affective disorder.

2. Psoriatic arthritis.

3. A neurological disorder whose definition is not clear. The main symptoms are: dropping objects without being aware of it, loss of feeling in parts of my hands, and problems with balance and stability.

4. Chronic slipped disc between vertebrae 4-5, which has effects on the legs and makes walking difficult.

5. Irritable bowel syndrome.

6. Early symptoms of a cardiological problem from last month (I am writing this on Thursday, 22.3.2018). At the moment the nature of this problem is not yet clear, but I have chest pains for most of the day, difficulties with breathing and also with speaking. 10) This is the start of a letter I once sent to various places (I am writing this on Tuesday, 6.8.2019):

To: Re: Medical service Dear Sir/ Madam, I Assaf Benyamini live in rented accommodation in Kiryat Menachem in Jerusalem, and I suffer from various physical and mental health problems. As a chronic patient I have to visit my family doctor from time to time for one problem or another. Unfortunately, the situation is very annoying: at my meetings with the doctor, I am unable to raise the medical problems I have to discuss, because of the long time the doctor spends on telephone calls that have nothing to do with me – and as a result when the doctor gives medical advice he is not concentrating, gives advice that could very probably be wrong and based only on partial or superficial information.

For a chronic patient like me, this situation is unbearable – and from my long experience with the health services where I am supposed to be treated, I have learned that the situation is just getting worse, and apparently I will get no better medical response, however serious or dangerous my condition. My question to you is: what do you think can be done on this matter? Best wishes, Assaf BenyaminiNB: I am not considering moving to another doctor or a different health provider. From my experience I have learned that the situation with other doctors is not very different from what I describe here, and moving to another health provider would have no effect, apart of course from the loss of my rights to nursing insurance (Clalit Mushlam – which I joined in 1998), because in such cases you can’t take your Insurance seniority with you,

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

I am a 50-year-old man with a physical disability that makes it difficult for me to perform various daily activities. One of the day-to-day activities I have difficulty with is bending over the kitchen sink to wash dishes.

I would like to point out that since the issue of environmental quality is very important to me and very close to my heart, I choose not to purchase or use disposable tools.

For a long time I have been trying to find a device or a dishwasher that can be placed on the counter – something that could make it easier for me, and be a solution to such a situation.

But after a lot of searching, it became clear to me that apparently no such product exists.

Therefore, my question to you is: Is there a possibility that you will offer your students one or another final project of developing such a product?

Dear Madame.

The last time I was examined at your clinic, you told me that there are now new drugs for the treatment of psoriasis, and that it is possible that people like me who suffer from severe financial hardship can now be helped by the “Friends of Medicine” association to which you refer patients in this situation.

After that I visited my family doctor – Dr. Brandon Stewart – and I understood from him that he would talk to you about it.

Did you talk to him?

Also, as far as I know, there is currently no treatment that can cure psoriasis – is this true? And if this is not true or inaccurate, could you explain what, as of today, the options for treating psoriasis are?

In the past, I did not want to receive drug treatment for psoriasis due to another consideration: the high chance of suffering from side effects – and at the same time very short remission periods that can be achieved, if at all.

From your words, I understood that this situation was true 10-15 years ago (which is the time when dermatologists with whom I was examined told me about the situation I mentioned earlier, and did not recommend biological treatment for the reasons mentioned) – and is no longer true today.

And therefore I would like to ask: What is the remission period in psoriasis that I can achieve if I start being treated with one of the new drugs? And which drugs are these?

Also, and if indeed the new drugs can allow me to achieve a prolonged period of remission in psoriasis without serious side effects and there is indeed a possibility of using the “Friends of Medicine” association for assistance in financing the treatment – in that case I would be interested in knowing what the procedure is required to receive the drug treatment.

Best regards,

assaf benyamini – a patient at the rheumatology outpatient clinic of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.

H. Below are a number of questions/question marks that arise for me regarding the recommendation I received for medical treatment:

About three months ago (I am writing this on Wednesday, March 15, 2023) I was with Dr. Hagit Peleg, a rheumatologist at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.

During my visit to her clinic, she suggested that I start a biological treatment for the psoriasis disease from which I suffer, which started for me at about the age of 15. It turns out that these are drugs that are not in the medicine basket, the cost of which is very high.

Dr. Peleg, who is also well aware of my financial plight because of which I cannot purchase these medications, suggested that I submit a request for financing these medications with the help of the “Friends of Medicine” association.

Something here seems very illogical and improbable to me: as we know, due to a series of economic crises that have occurred in the last 15 years (the worldwide economic crisis that began in 2008 in the United States, the Madoff fraud as well as the economic crisis caused by the Corona epidemic) many associations in the State of Israel have also been affected In a very difficult way – and associations like the “Friends of Medicine” association that try to help needy populations have involuntarily become needy themselves.

In this situation, it is reasonable to assume that the “Friends of Medicine” association will have limited budgets, and that it will have difficulty assisting even in medical cases involving life-threatening conditions. It would be very illogical that Dr. Hagit Peleg would succeed in such a reality in raising donations for the treatment of psoriasis patients like me, whose disease does not endanger their lives but only harms the quality of life.

So what is the explanation? Where am I wrong?

I just don’t understand…

I. Below is the e-mail message that I sent to the Hadassah Hospital employees:

To: Employees and medical staff of Hadassah Hospital.

Subject: a medical response problem.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

I sent the above e-mail to Dr. Hagit Peleg, director of the Rheumatology Outpatient Clinic of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.

Her decision not to respond to my request now results in a situation where I cannot make critical decisions regarding medical care.

I believe that providing basic information about the medical treatment is a necessary condition for the ability to make such decisions.

I’m just at a loss.

What to do?

Best regards,

assaf benyamini.

Wednesday, March 15 at 3:44 p.m

Peace be upon Dr. Hagit Peleg:

After the last time I came to your clinic, I contacted the “Friends of Medicine” association regarding the matter in question – and this is the answer I received from them.

In my opinion, when you suggested that I use them, it would have caused him not to take into account: the economic crises of the past 15 years (the global economic crisis that began in 2008 in the United States, the Madoff fraud, as well as the severe economic crisis that accompanied the corona epidemic) and their dramatic effect on the charitable and charitable associations in the State of Israel , including this also on the “Friends of Medicine” association.

The last time I was in your clinic, you told me that you refer many patients for help in financing biological treatments for psoriasis to the “Friends of Medicine” association – which then also helps in financing the treatments. How is this possible? Considering that charitable associations such as “Friends of Medicine” find it very difficult to help even in cases of saving lives, in cases much more serious than mine – it is clear that in view of the current state of the associations there is no chance that it will be possible to help finance medication for psoriasis for a person like me, given that this is not a case of danger Haim. So where am I going wrong? And I also have another question: given that I can’t be treated with biological drugs for psoriasis in any case (I can’t pay for it in any case) – so is there still a point for me to get tested for latent tuberculosis? I have already done the blood tests and the photographs you referred me to – and I have appointments at the Pharmacist Institute to test for latent tuberculosis on March 30, 2023 and April 2, 2023.

So is this test still necessary-or is it better to give it up and cancel the appointment? I understood that a test is done for latent tuberculosis before starting biological treatment for psoriasis because of certain symptoms of tuberculosis that treatment with biological drugs may trigger. So given that I will not be able to be treated with these drugs in any case – so is it better to forgo this test – or is a test for latent tuberculosis important for me for other reasons as well? I know you have decided not to reply to my emails – but in this case I certainly expect an answer. I have no It’s a matter of doing unnecessary medical tests. To the extent that a test for latent tuberculosis is still necessary in my situation even without anything to do with biological treatment for psoriasis, I would appreciate it if you could explain to me why. In any case, as mentioned this time, I certainly do expect an answer. Best regards, Asaf Binyamini, a patient at the rheumatology outpatient clinic of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.

Subject: test for latent tuberculosis.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

I am a 50-year-old man who has suffered from psoriatic arthritis for many years – and recently the doctor with whom I am being monitored recommended me to start treatment with biological drugs for psoriasis.

However, after several inquiries it became clear to me that I will not be able to start this treatment due to severe financial hardship (I live on a disability allowance from the National Insurance Institute).

The doctor recommended me to be tested for latent tuberculosis – and I understood that this test is done because treatment with biological drugs for psoriasis may trigger certain symptoms of tuberculosis.

But given that I cannot be treated with biological drugs for psoriasis, the question arises whether the test for latent tuberculosis is still necessary.

I should note that the rheumatologist with whom I am being monitored does not answer my question in this regard.

so what are we doing?

How do I know whether or not to do this test?

Best regards,

Asaf Benjamin.

11 Below is the e-mail message I sent to the Rheumatology Unit of the Shaari Tzedek Hospital:

I am a 50 year old man suffering from psoriatic arthritis.

For many years I have been under follow-up at the Rheumatology Outpatient Clinic of the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital with a doctor named Dr. Hagit Peleg.

Dr. Peleg is currently the director of the department. For many years I received excellent and dedicated medical care from her, but recently

A significant change in her attitude towards me – and she no longer responds to my inquiries – including a substantial medical question that I addressed to her.

In light of all this, I would like to check the possibility of stopping the therapeutic follow-up at Dr. Peleg’s clinic and starting follow-up at your clinic.

Is this possible? And if so, what is the necessary procedure for that?

I would like to mention that I am a member of a general health fund.

Subject: Request for social counseling.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

After I sent the above message to the lecturers of design faculties in the State of Israel, it became clear to me that, contrary to what I initially thought, there are products of the type we are talking about here (a dishwasher that can be placed on the counter, in a way that can make it easier for a disabled person in my situation who has difficulty bending down to wash the dishes – but Also not interested in using disposable tools due to the damage this brings to the environment.

But there is another problem here: I am a person who lives on a very low income – a disability allowance from the National Insurance Institute and I am unable to pay for these aids.

My question to you is: Do you know any foundations or charitable organizations to which requests for such an aid can be submitted?

Best regards,

Asaf Benjamin.

Subject: A proposal for a student project.
