Subject: Online sites.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

As you know, there are websites on the Internet, or software whose purpose is to harm users, such as phishing, spoofing, etc.

Where can I find a list of such sites?

Regards,

assaf benyamini.

A. Below are posts I shared on the social network Facebook:

1)A person comes for psychiatric treatment.

Patient (shaking): “I have very severe fears and anxieties.”

Psychiatrist (raises his voice, shouts and gets angry): “Know that if you don’t stop your fears I will kill you and drug you with the drugs I will give you!!! And let it be clear – you don’t come to me with fears!!! Do you understand that??” .

Hahaha…

2) A person comes to the doctor because of stomach pain.

Patient: “My stomach hurts. It’s hard for me to digest food.”

Doctor: “Tell me-why are you kidding me?? So what do you think about digesting food-it’s a fact that I digest!!! If I can you can too-you’re no different from others!! So digest already!!”.

Patient (bitter crying and frightened): “But I really have pain, it’s really hard for me to digest – understand me”.

Doctor (getting even more upset): “If I told you to digest, then you will digest!! Don’t argue with me – I’m a doctor, and I’m a professional – the world champion in health sciences and wisdom. Do you dare argue with me? I know better than you how you feel – digest Already the food and leave the clinic immediately!!”.

3) A person comes to a psychiatrist:

“Doctor, please give me something to calm down… please, I’m not calm.”

Psychiatrist: “Please come with me to the yard – we’ll have a short fist fight. It will surely calm you down.”

Patient: “Okay”.

Psychiatrist (triggers the alarm): “There is a violent patient here, who dares to raise a hand against the doctors – and not just against doctors, but against me – the man for whom the sun and the moon exist!!! Stop him immediately – he is dangerous!!! Because of him there will be no more sun! !!”.

lol…

4) A person hospitalized in a psychiatric ward approaches a doctor:

“Doctor, my head hurts.”

Doctor: “You have a conversation with the psychologist tomorrow – you need to find out why you think you have a headache.”

Patient: “I don’t think I have a headache – I really do. Please check me!!”.

Doctor: “Do you know why your head hurts? Because you have no brain. Stupid people have headaches all the time – that’s how it is!!! You came to the psychiatric ward – a sign that you are stupid!!!”.

Patient (shouting – and then falls on the floor and loses consciousness): “I can’t do it anymore – check me!! Please!”.

Psychiatrist in the ward (gets angry, takes the patient by force, and throws him in one of the rooms): “Stop making plays!! I’ll finish my shift soon and go home – your headaches interest my grandmother!!!”.

5) A patient in a psychiatric ward to a doctor: “I have thoughts.”

Psychiatrist (getting angry): “Do you have what?? Thoughts?? This is a psychiatric ward and you don’t think here!!! Don’t you dare think about what you’re allowed to think!! I’m warning you one last time!!!”.

Patient: “But I really have thoughts. I thought I was visiting your home.”

Psychiatrist (getting even angrier): “You will never, but never visit my house!! You brat!! I studied at the university and have degrees and you are sick-so stay sick!! Stop immediately, but immediately with your thoughts!!!”.

Patient: “But that’s not true – I’m allowed to think.”

Doctors consult among themselves: “Let’s give him sedative injections – that for a whole month he won’t be able to move from the bed. Let him learn a lesson – only we psychiatrists are allowed to think.”

6) A patient hospitalized in a psychiatric ward approaches the doctor and asks: “Tell me, do you know psychiatry?”.

Psychiatrist: “What is this stupid question? Of course I know psychiatry. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree, second, third and fourth – and for you, also fifth!!! I studied at the highest university for psychiatric sciences and medical wisdom – psychiatrists invented the wisdom!!! I know all about psychiatry , and know her like the back of my hand!!”.

Patient: “And do you really know the palm of your hand?”.

Psychiatrist (starting to get angry): “Stop nagging and asking me stupid questions!!! I know the palm of my hand – who doesn’t know their palm??”.

Patient: “Me. I don’t know the palm of my hand.”

Psychiatrist (triggers the alarm in the ward): “There is a snoozing patient here – asking stupid questions, not knowing the palm of his hand, and worst of all – being rude to their highness the psychiatrists!!”.

Patient: “I was just joking with you – of course I know the palm of my hand.”

Psychiatrist: “We’ll send you now to solitary confinement for a month – maybe that way you’ll learn not to be rude to psychiatrists. We don’t joke – you’ll always talk to us, but always with your head bowed and your eyes downcast – do you understand that?? And don’t you ever dare to try, or even think to laugh With us!! We are 10 times to the power of 1000 smarter than you-damaged-psychedelic wretch. Maybe that’s how you’ll learn!!!”.

7) A large conference of the Association of Psychiatrists is taking place.

The director of the conference opens his words and says:

“We, the psychiatrists and champions of the world and the universe for anything and everything, need to discuss removing unwanted elements of the mentally ill from our society, in order to create a better living environment for all of us. Who is opposed?”

Silence in the hall.

Suddenly, a mentally challenged person enters the scene posing as a psychiatrist from the union, who secretly listened to the words: “I think it would be good for the mentally challenged to integrate into society – it would be good for both us and the society in which we live.”

The director of the conference: “I must now catch the disobedient psychiatrist, remove him from the union, suspend him and bring him to justice.”

A commotion breaks out in the hall. The participants of the convention demand that the director arrest their friend, whose true identity no one knows, who in the meantime fled the scene in a panic. The director of the convention starts chasing the man – while receiving cheers from the convention participants: “Catch him quickly. This is a holy pursuit!!!”.

While they were on the street, the fleeing man got into his car and began to drive away from the scene. The director of the meeting also gets into his car, and the chase goes on through the streets of the city.

The director of the association of psychiatrists drives wildly and recklessly – runs over two people to death while his car collides and gets stuck in a tree that was on the street – and unfortunately for him near the police station.

Police officers stop the driver immediately – tie both his hands in handcuffs and ask him to explain his actions and his wild driving.

The psychiatrist driver explains to the police: “I was now leading a holy chase.”

Policemen are angry, and put handcuffs on the suspect’s legs as well: “You now come to the arrest with us!!! We will see who is holier than who – us or you!!!”.

8) A psychiatrist in the ward asks a patient: “How are you today?”.

Patient: “I’m fine… I’m fine… I’m fine…”.

Psychiatrist begins to lose patience and get angry: “What did I ask of you? All you have to do is say how are you? So why the hell can’t you answer!!”.

Patient: “I’m fine… I’m fine… I’m fine…”.

A psychiatrist forcibly takes the patient to the committee: “It won’t help you – you will answer when a psychiatrist asks you a question!!!”.

Many staff members sit in the committee, and at its opening the patient is asked: “What is your name?”.

Patient: “My name… my name… my name…”.

Psychiatrist on the committee: “What will happen? You’re not even ready to say your name – so in case you didn’t understand, I’ll ask again: What’s your name? And this time you’ll answer!!!”.

Patient: “My name… my name… my name…”.

Psychiatrist gets angry and shakes the patient hard: “Tell us your name immediately!!”.

A patient loses consciousness and collapses.

A psychiatrist calls the emergency center, and the operator answers: “Hello, how can I help?”.

Psychiatrist: We have a patient here who lost consciousness and collapsed. Take him to intensive care quickly.”

Operator: “And what is the patient’s name?”.

Psychiatrist: “He did not agree to tell us his name – but it doesn’t matter. His life is in danger – come quickly!!!”.

Operator: “I’m sorry – but without a patient’s name I can’t open a call.”

Staff members in the doctor’s room: “Then it doesn’t matter, say your name – the main thing is that they save the patient!!”.

Psychiatrist: “What if I say my name?? There is a limit!!! He is a patient and I am a psychiatrist!!!”.

A psychiatrist returns to the operator and pleads: “I don’t know the patient’s name – but it doesn’t matter. Come quickly and take care of him already. I don’t want responsibility for a patient who died in my ward!!!”.

Operator: “I’m very sorry – but he will die in your ward. These are the procedures. Procedures are more important than saving lives – with that you will surely agree!!”.

9) A man walks down the street with pockets full of empty plastic bags. A policeman walks by and asks: What do you have in your pockets?”. A citizen: “I don’t have anything in my pockets.” The citizen continues walking.

A policeman blocks his way and asks again: “Show me what you have in your pockets!!!”.

A policeman reaches into the man’s pockets: “It won’t help you – you tell me what you have in your pockets!!”. The citizen touches the policeman’s hand and explains: “Nothing – just empty plastic bags!!!”. Policeman: “You touched my hand!!! You are arrested for obstructing a policeman in the performance of his duty!!!”.

Hahaha…

10) And this time a completely different story – serious and in no way humor of any kind. The story is apparently a true story – which I heard orally many years ago (I am writing these words in December 2022) from a person whose name, or any identifying details about him, I will not write for confidential reasons.

I would like to point out that I do not know to this day if this very specific story was written down.

The story begins in the German Weimar Republic, which as we know existed from the end of World War I until the rise of the Nazi regime on January 30, 1933.

One Jew works for a German factory owner named Miller (as you know, a very common German name). Every morning, upon arriving at work, the Jewish worker says to his employer, “Good morning, Mr. Miller.” Apparently, the “good morning” greeting is quite routine – and without special meanings.

From the moment the Nazis came to power, their paths diverged: the Jew, like many of his friends, was fired from his job and deported to the ghetto – and the same Miller enlisted in the Wehrmacht.

A few more years pass – and as a result of the persecution of the Jews, which as we know has gotten worse and worse, that Jew is sent to a concentration camp – and ends up in one of the infamous “selections”.

He suddenly sees in front of him the same Mr. Miller, who apparently held a senior position in the same camp. The Jew recognizes Miller – but Miller does not recognize him. A few moments before he was supposed to be sent to extermination, the Jew stands in front of Mr. Miller and says to him: “Good morning, Mr. Miller.” Mr. Miller suddenly remembers his former employee and his “good morning” greeting – and says: “No. I’m releasing you right away. I’ll see to it that no harm comes to you.” As far as is known, Mr. Miller did keep his promise, and risking his life enormously, he made sure that his former employee was not executed – and apparently that Jew did indeed survive the Holocaust – and all thanks to that “good morning” statement that was so apparently meaningless at the time.

Of course, a lot of morally difficult questions can arise here (the same Jew survived while many of his friends died). And the conclusion is also chilling: how something that seemed so insignificant at the time suddenly became so fateful.

I would like to point out that I do not have additional details that are missing here: I do not know which camp it was, what year or date or what the name of that Jew was and what happened to him after World War II and the Holocaust ended. And of course there are a lot of other details missing here, such as in which city in Germany that factory was located, what was produced there and whether that German received the right of the Righteous Among the Nations – all these are unknown to me.

11)An elderly man in the advanced stages of dementia gets into a taxi. He hands the driver a note on which is written the place he needs to go.

The driver: “I’m running a meter.” Passenger does not answer.

The driver: “Okay, put on a seat belt.” Passenger unresponsive.

The driver (angry, and fastens the passenger’s seat belt himself): “What’s your problem – what’s the problem with wearing a seat belt!!”. Passenger unresponsive.

A taxi drives and arrives at the destination.

The driver: “What are you looking at like that? Pay me and get out of the taxi!!”.

Passenger: “I forgot money”.

Driver: “Stop your nonsense already!! Pay me – if not I’ll order you a police car!”.

Passenger: “What is the police?”.

Driver: “Soon I’ll show you what the police are. I called them. They’ll come soon.” Passenger unresponsive.

Police arrive and the taxi driver tells them: “There is a passenger here who is not willing to pay me – and claims that he does not know what the police are.”

Policemen: “Well, soon he will know what the police are!!”.

Police officers turn to the passenger: “Come with us please. We are taking you into custody!!”. Passenger unresponsive.

Policemen are angry, take the passenger by force to the car and take him to arrest.

At the police station they ask the detainee: “What is your name? What are you accused of?”.

Arrested man: “What?? A house???”.

The police investigators: “Answer what you’re being asked!! We didn’t ask you about a house – we’re asking what you’re being arrested for!!!”.

Arrested man: “Home, home”.

Investigators scoff at the detainee: “He probably has a problem with understanding. We’ll put him in custody for the night – we’ll help him start to understand.”

During the night the detainee died – and the police find his body early in the morning and start laughing: “Look – he didn’t forget to die. A sign that he had an excellent memory. We managed to arrest a very dangerous criminal – Shafo, and kudos to you for your determined activity, the high operational level and the great professionalism with which we arrested a crook who does not pay for a taxi ride!!”.

Subject: Technological tools.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

Since 2007, I have been participating in the struggle for the disabled in Israel – a struggle that is known to be extensively covered in the media as well.

One of the means by which we try to advance the struggle is by using various technological tools: writing on social networks, opening websites and trying to promote and improve them, managing virtual communities and so on.

My question in this regard is: Is it possible for your company or organization to offer technological tools that can help us in our struggle? And if so – in what areas, and how?

3) On 10.7.2018 I joined a social movement called “Overcome” – transparently disabled. We try to promote the rights of the transparent disabled, ie: people like me who suffer from medical problems and very serious diseases that are not conspicuously visible to the outside – external invisibility that causes very severe discrimination against us.

The movement’s director, who is also its founder, is Mrs. Tatiana Kaduchkin, and can be reached

at 972-52-3708001.

Telephone response times: Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 to 20:00. Israel time – except for Jewish holidays and various Israeli holidays.

4) Here are some explanatory words about our movement, as they appeared in the press:

Tatiana Kaduchkin, an ordinary citizen, decided to establish the “Overcome”

movement with the help of what she calls the “Transparent Disabled”. So far, about 500 people from all over the State of Israel have gathered for her movement. In an interview with the Channel 7 Diary, she talks about the project and those disabled people who do not receive proper and sufficient assistance from the relevant parties, just because they are transparent.

According to her, the disabled population can be divided into two groups: disabled people with wheelchairs and disabled people without wheelchairs. She defines the second group as “transparent disabled” because she says they do not receive the same services as the disabled with a wheelchair, even though they are defined as having 75-100 percent disability. These people, she explains, cannot make a living on their own, and they need the extra services that the disabled with wheelchairs are entitled to. For example, the transparent disabled receive a low disability pension from the National Insurance Institute, do not receive certain supplements such as special services allowance, escort allowance, mobility allowance and they also receive a lower allowance from the Ministry of Housing.

According to a study conducted by Kaduchkin, these transparent disabled people are hungry for bread despite the attempt to claim that in Israel in 2016 there are no people hungry for bread. The study she conducted also states that the suicide rates among them are high.

In the movement she founded, she works to include the transparently disabled on waiting lists for public housing. This is because she says they do not usually enter these lists even though they are supposed to be eligible. She holds quite a few meetings with Knesset members and even participates in meetings and discussions of relevant committees in the Knesset, but she says those who are able to help do not listen and the listeners are in opposition and therefore cannot help. She is now calling on more and more “transparent” disabled people to join her, to turn to her so that she can help them. In her estimation, if the situation continues as it is today, there will be no escape from a demonstration of the disabled who will claim their rights and the basic conditions for their livelihood.

I do not understand the question.

I meant in my question exactly what I asked – about software that allows content sites to bypass      paywalls.

You wrote to me that it is prohibited by law – and it seems to me that I definitely received an answer to that.

Greetings, assaf benyamini.

At issue: a question of legality.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

As you know, there are many content sites on the Internet where access to the material found in them is conditional on payment – what has been called a “paywall”.

Also, there are software or websites such as the service ofopen access button that offer methods to bypass these paywalls and actually get full access to content that is usually conditional on payment without paying at all.

Is the use of such software allowed or prohibited according to the law in the State of Israel? Are there any precedents of hearings in courts that dealt with this – or that in this matter, as in many other issues, the legislation did not catch up with the technology that advanced much more quickly and therefore there is no reference to the issue in the Israeli legislation? What is the legal situation here?

D. Below is the letter, which I am sending to various places:

To:

Subject: Searching for job ideas.

Dear Madames/ Sirs.

I am a 50-year-old man from Jerusalem – a man who suffers from disabilities and serious illnesses. For many years I have not been able to return to the job market – and due to my situation and limitations I have to look for unconventional ideas through which I might be able to do so – and below are several examples:

1) I read about a project called “The Honey Badger” – in the framework of which the technology giants such as Google or Facebook operate a contracting company based in the city of Manila in the Philippines. The role of the employees in this company, or in other contracting companies (the number of companies engaged in this field is unknown) is to remove problematic content (drugs, prostitution, pedophilia, broadcasts of executions or terrorist activity, etc.) from the Internet. In 2018, Monday May Cinema Germans named Hans Block and Moritz Reiswick produced a documentary film called “Internet Cleaners” about the work of the workers in these companies.

I was thinking, for example, about working in such a framework.

I will point out that I am fully aware of the offensive nature of such work in relation to those engaged in it: according to various publications, many of the people who worked in these jobs died, or alternatively developed very serious mental and physical illnesses as a result of constant and daily exposure to the difficult content. However, this does not deter me, and this is because I have nothing left to lose in my life anyway – and as I have mentioned for many years now, I have not been able to return to the job market (all the other options of helping organizations, job boards or contacting many companies directly have been exhausted – and on and on many years).

2) As you know, production companies and screenwriters who shoot certain scenes for motion pictures on their behalf sometimes shoot sections in which corpses or apparently dead people are filmed. I was thinking about such a job of portraying corpses – a job that does not require any physical effort to do it and also a severe disability should definitely not interfere.

I would emphasize that this is not a joke or a joke of any kind – I mean it in all seriousness – and even if it is possible, at least at first glance, it will look ridiculous or stupid.

3) I heard that there is a field of software training, that is: employees whose role is data entry in systems of artificial intelligence development or machine learning – work which is known to be necessary. By entering data, the programs are “taught” how to act or react in certain situations.

I think that this type of work can be an excellent solution for those cases where on the one hand there is no ability

To do physical work or too much effort due to the physical disability, but at the same time there is no knowledge either

Enough computers to work in programming.

I heard that in the prisons of Finland they let the prisoners do this work.

I thought that even in such a job it was possible and I could fit in.

Do you have any other ideas for unusual jobs where a person with a severe disability can also fit in?

6) I would like to point out that I am a disabled person, who is supported by a disability allowance from the National Insurance Institute, and therefore my abilities regarding payment for assistance in this matter are extremely problematic.

H. Below is the letter, which I sent to the Jerusalem branch of the National Insurance Institute (I sent to the address:

15.12.2022

To: The National Insurance Institute – Jerusalem district.

Subject: functional report.

On Monday, November 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., a nurse from the National Insurance Institute visited my apartment – and this after I submitted a claim regarding the Chief Minister – special services.

In the morning I was asked various questions about the drug treatment, my medical condition and daily functioning.

I assume that after such a cold the nurse of the National Insurance Institute wrote a neat report about it.

I am interested in receiving the report written about me.

If you are not ready to send me the report, I will ask to know the reasons for this.

I would also be interested in being updated on the status of the claim.
