Subject: Chinese advertising agencies.
Dear Madames/ Sirs.
In 2007, I joined the struggle of the disabled in Israel, in which I still take part – and as of July 10, 2018, I do so as part of the movement “nitgaber” – transparent disabled people, a movement founded and currently managed by Mrs. Tatiana Kaduchkin. After many and varied attempts to advance the struggle within the State of Israel were unsuccessful, I simultaneously began to contact many factors from the international community.
These appeals have two purposes: an attempt to invite pressure from the outside on the decision-makers in the State of Israel so that they begin to address the plight of the disabled public a little more seriously, as well as an aspiration to establish contact or cooperation of one kind or another between disabled organizations from different countries in the world.
As part of these efforts, I try, among other things, to reach influential organizations or people in China, or in Chinese-speaking populations around the world. As we know, the situation is complex: in the last 20-30 years, there are two contradictory trends in the policy of the Chinese government that exist simultaneously, side by side. On the one hand, Because of China’s policy to develop and position itself as a world power, it tries to “send arms” to as many places around the world as possible, which, of course, does not miss the field of communication either. On the other hand, there is of course the contradictory trend of the severe censorship imposed by the Chinese regime on many media outlets.
In such a reality, it is extremely difficult to know how to proceed with regards to outreach to Chinese-speaking populations. Therefore, I am looking for advertising agencies that are able to assist in everything that concerns the provision of advice, guidance and direction. Do you know such advertising agencies?
Best regards,
assaf benyamini.

C) Below are some words of explanation about the movement I joined on July 10, 2018, as they appeared in the press: Tatiana Kaduchkin, an ordinary citizen, decided to establish the ‘nitgaber’ movement to help those she calls the ‘transparent disabled’. So far, about 500 people from all over the country of ISRAEL have joined her movement. In an interview with Channel 7’s Yoman, she talks about the project and those disabled people who do not receive proper and sufficient assistance from the relevant agencies, simply because they are transparent. According to her, the disabled population can be divided into two groups: disabled with a wheelchair and disabled without a wheelchair.
She defines the second group as “transparent disabled” because, according to her, they do not receive the same services as disabled people with wheelchairs, even though they are defined as having a 75-100 percent disability. These people, she explains, cannot make a living on their own, and they need the help of the additional services that the disabled with the wheelchairs are entitled to. For example, the transparent disabled receive a low disability allowance from National Insurance, they do not receive certain supplements such as special services allowance, companion allowance, mobility allowance and they also receive a lower allowance from the Ministry of Housing. According to the research conducted by Kaduchkin, these transparent disabled people are hungry for bread despite the attempt to claim that in the Israel of 2016 there are no people hungry for bread. The research she carried out also states that the suicide rates among them are high.
In the movement she founded, she works to put the transparently disabled on the waiting lists for public housing. This is because, according to her, they do not usually enter these lists even though they are supposed to be eligible. She holds quite a few meetings with members of the Knesset and even participates in meetings and discussions of relevant committees in the Knesset, but according to her those who are able to help do not listen and those who do listen are in the opposition and therefore cannot help. Now she calls on more and more “transparent” disabled people to join her, to contact her so that she can help them. In her estimation, if the situation continues as it is today, there will be no escape from a demonstration by disabled people who will demand their rights and the basic conditions for their livelihood.

E) Below is the email I sent to Dr. Bracha Zisser from the “Ezer Mitzion” association:
My letter to Dr. Bracha Zisser.
Yahoo/Nasvet Asaf Binyamini
On Tuesday, August 9, 2022, I listened to Mr. Yaakov Eichler’s program (“KAN HALAYLA”) in which you went on air and explained about the important bone marrow donation project organized by the “Ezer Mitzion” association and about the populations that can be suitable for donation for the young man who recently became ill with severe blood disease and needs an urgent donation. In your words on the broadcast, you stated that the groups that are suitable for donation are Jews from Syria, Turkey, Bulgaria and Poland. I am a Jew born in Israel – and all my grandparents, both of the nuclear family and of the slightly more extended family, came from Poland before World War II and the Holocaust. After that I wrote in Google “bone marrow, am I in the database” – and after entering my ID number it became clear to me that I am not in the database. The clarification in my case is not possible through the application of a personal number while serving in the army of ISRAEL – and this is because I did not serve in the army of ISRAEL and therefore there is no such number in my case.
Therefore, I decided to come to you for the purpose of checking my suitability – and when I arrived today, Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 3:38 in the afternoon at the branch of the “Ezer Mitzion” association in Jerusalem at 11 Beit Hadfus Street in the Givat Shaul neighborhood I was told that I could not join the pool. The reason (according to the secretary on the spot): joining the database is only possible until the age of 45 (I am a 49-year-old person).
Therefore I returned to my home as opposed to when I came. Can you explain to me why people over the age of 45 cannot join the database? I will also mention that I am an unhealthy person who suffers from a series of underlying diseases – and also takes some psychiatric drugs regularly as a chronic illness. Does this also have meaning in regards to the possibility of joining the database?
