She said that it seems that our request for assistance came to a dead end, and in order for them to help us, we should be registered as an organization in all database lists, I’m Israel. She asked if we can be registered in such database or another, but I couldn’t answer her if we our organization is registered in all database or not because the assistance request will be based on the registration.

I will explain to you what I meant on date 10.8.2018. I joined a social organization named by Nitgaber. This organization aimed to promote rights, status and quality of the disabled people. These people whom I am one of them are suffering from health problems and disabilities that are not visible from outside. For example, I don’t need a wheel chair or a walking stick or a walker so from the first look people don’t notice that I am a disabled person and have a serios health problem.
This external invisibility causes a very severe discrimination against us and thus we are fighting.
I heard that the huge technological companies like google, Apple, Amazon are operating programs for assisting social organization, and our organization are considered one of them. We can request assistance from them. These requests are examined according to standards which were determined by these huge companies. That’s why I sent to you.

In this recent year, I have been sharing the suffering of the disabled people and I’m talking part of some of their struggles in order to increase benefits and the minimal honor of the disabled in the state of Israel. On 10/7/2018, I attended meeting of the Knesset’s transparency committee dedicated to the issue of the public housing and this date also set to be the public housing day. During the meeting, I met a lady named by Tatyana Kedotchken. She is the director of the social organization named by Nitgaber. This organization aimed to promote the rights of the disabled whom are people suffering from serious health problems and disabilities which may not be visible from outside and can’t be observed from first look and they look like the normal people. The fact that this disability is not visible would actually causes discrimination and deprivation of many rights which other disabled entitled.
Government ministries often adapt very superficial and shallow approaches and the result that the people of this group are considered as normal healthy people. This unfair judgment is relying on the external appearance only is not sufficient to take an imperative measure or to define rights. In our new organization Nitgaber, we are trying to fight against the negative rights and to raise the awareness of the issue among the general public and among the decision maker in the state of Israel. For these reasons, I’m sharing in different social media platforms and I’ll be grateful to anyone who encounters whether they can continue sharing it in different social media platforms. - Here are some explanatory words about Nitgaber association which were posted in newspapers: Tatyana Kedotchken is an ordinary civilian decided to establish an association Nitgaber association for helping the disabled people. Until now 500 people joined her association from all around Israel. In an interview with the channel 7, she talked about the project and about those disabled people whom don’t get sufficient assistance from the relevant parties only because of their disability. According to her, the disabled population can be divided into two groups: disabled with wheelchair and disabled without wheel chair. The second group is called by transparent disabled. She said that they don’t get assistance like the disabled with wheel chair even if their disability reach from 75-100. She said that they can’t earn their living alone. They need the help of extra services that the disabled with wheel chairs are entitled to. For example, the transparent disabled receive a low disability pension from the national insurance institute. They do not receive certain supplements like special services allowance, accompanying pension, handy pension and they receive a very low pension from the ministry of housing. According to a study concluded by Kedotchken, these transparent disabled people are suffering from hunger despite the attempt to claim that in 2016 there is no hungry person in Israel. Also, in this study concluded that the percentage of suicide is very high among the transparent disabled. The association is trying to include the transparent disabled in the waiting lists even though they are supposed to be eligible. She holds many interviews and participates in many meetings with members of the Knesset and with the relevant committees. She said that those who are able to help do not listen and the listeners are in the opposition so they can’t help. In her opinion, the situation will not continue as it is today and there will be no escape from the demonstrations of the disabled who will claim their rights and the basic conditions for their livelihood.
