Re: System Options.
Dear Madames/ Sirs.
I’m online today (I write these things on a daily basis Tuesday, December 21, 2121) to the Internet through the “Hot” company – from which I receive the service of an Internet provider + Internet infrastructure + home telephone line – and all this at a price of NIS 193.74 per month.
I will note that while surfing the internet I experience many glitches: repeated disconnections from the internet, very slow surfing, sudden disconnections from the home phone line — just for no reason, and completely legitimate and legal websites to which access is suddenly blocked — and also just so easily and without No reason. I will note that in cases where I call Hot regarding these faults I am referred to the technical staff who supposedly resolve these faults — however they always recur again shortly after. Many of my inquiries in this matter and complaints to ISRAELI government ministries such as the ISRAELI Ministry of Communications or the Israeli Consumer Council did not help at all.
I will mention that I have been a subscriber to Hot since the end of December 2019 – then I left Bezeq International, where I was a subscriber until then, where these incidents were even more serious.
I live in the Kiryat Menachem neighborhood of Jerusalem, at 115 Costa Rica Street, and from a survey I conducted with several communication companies, I learned that the building in which I live is not connected to a fiber-optic service.
In conclusion, and given this reality I would like to ask you: Is there a possibility of a better connection to the Internet and at a better price – or in the current reality in the State of Israel it is not possible to get better service or better price, and I have to accept that these glitches recur from time to time ?
what do you think?
