As is well known, people who use a home computer sometimes encounter various glitches: an operating system that does not work, software that does not load and more.

But sometimes a situation occurs where the user is unable to handle these faults on his own due to insufficient proficiency in computers and technology.

I am looking for a company that can offer to a person like me, who definitely meets in this respect the definition of “technology challenged” service of troubleshooting by connecting to my computer remotely or arriving for repair-according to the nature of the problem or need that arises.

What companies can offer such a service? And at what prices?
